ABOUT

RedQ Consulting is run by Grant Phillips. Grant is a highly accomplished Consumer Goods Executive able to present two decades of experience driving growth and expansion in highly competitive markets and regions. An inspiring leader and specialist early stage business and change management, he has held full strategic, operational, and P&L leadership supporting commercial success in locations spanning Asia, Africa, and Europe.  His breadth of experience covers both small scale operations and larger developed businesses bringing a unique combination of entrepreneurial and corporate skills.  

Grant's previous positions range from operations, customer management, business leadership through to board positions; he now serves as an independent consultant and advisor with a focus on CPG.

During my career I've worked across successful corporates, early stage businesses, and turnarounds, both on the inside and as clients.  I’ve learnt the crucial issue when there are many business challenges - cutting through noise.
As your business grows there is a lot of white noise - where you focus is critical to success.  
As an outsider I bring a fresh view to your business providing guidance for action.  
What I don’t do is tell you what to do, you are already successful so I build on that.
